Colin, in the newly brown car, arrived at the mall. Jane was driving, and Colin was forced to sit in the third row to make room for 3 of Jane's friends. As they arrived, Colin realized something important. He had forgotten his money.
In a moment of panic, Colin forgot all about the power and searched for his wallet. When he remembered the power, he calmed down and said, "Do I have 2,000 dollars in my pocket?"
In a flat voice, everyone in the car except Colin said, "Yes."
Colin checked his pocket and pulled out several 100 dollar bills, rubber-banded together. He put them back into the pocket and got out of the car, where Jane and her friends were waiting. "Okay, Colin, just make sure to be back here by 4. See ya!"
Jane left, and Colin waited for a few moments before entering the store. He didn't want to be seen with a bunch of girls when he walked into the mall.
Colin arrived at a food court and sat down. It was busy, and Colin surveyed the surrounding people that he had the opportunity to change. All around him were people. Most of them were teenagers, girls laden with heavy shopping bags, boys fooling around. There were the occasional younger kids, who were obviously skipping school, like Colin would be if he was younger. Looking out of place were a few adults, who seemed like they spent a lot of time at this food court.
Colin thought about who to change, and then he decided. He would change...
