Now Plunkett Mainsion,that big huge castlelike building
where the Plunkett family had held sway over
Plunkettville for the past 328 years
( ever since Abigail Plunkett had arrived in Salem ,Mass.
just before the Salem Witch trials )
sat on the tall craggy hill where Abigal Plunkett had been
burnt at the stake as Salem's only genuine witch back in 1698.
Abigail had left behind a ten year old daughter and a fortune
in cursed dragons treasure.
The Plunkett legend was that Abigail Plunkett had set up her log cabin on that hill because she knew a dragoness was hiding in a hidden secret cave somewhere within
Plunkett Hill.
Which was true of course.
So the Plunketts had dealings with the dragoness,and
it was Abigails grieving daughter who first started making the vials
of transforming potion in 1728 from the little stone hut
Draeaena Plunkett had built where her mothers log cabin had once stood
till the torch bearing vilagers from nearby Salem
had come over and burnt the log cabin down on the same night they'd burnt Draecaena's mother
Abigail.
From those humble beginnings the Plunketts
had built up Vial Making Inc
that world dominating powerhouse of a metamorphic potion maker
that now had factories in every country.
So Chris Plunkett,Marks stepdad,was filthy
rich.
He however was the last living Plunkett,desperate to carry on the
Plunkett bloodline.
So against better judgement,he'd agreed to his office secretary Penelope Snodgrass to marry her sister-in-law Mary Snodgrass
and troubled teen Mark Snodgrass.
Mark had been responsible for the death of his father
Sam Snodgrass four years earlier ,so was guilt ridden.
So in the front door of Plunkett Mansion,with the news his
long missing great great grandmother Esmerelda Plunket had
been spotted coming out of some backwater swamp fourty miles
distant.
