The strange feeling only gets worse and soon you're feeling like you are either going to be sick or possibly explode. Your skin is tingling like crazy and you trash about trying to pull yourself from the mermaids' grasp.
"Stop! Please! Help!" You call out. She silences yout with a kiss before the mermaids drag you under water.
You hold your breath, as the pull you deeper and deeper. When you finally can't stand it anymore you take a breath of water. Pain erupts along your rib cage and gills open up in place of your lungs. You gasp for air and try to struggle some more. They shove you into a room lit by glowing plants, one kisses you softly before they leave, shutting the door behind you and leaving you trapped. You try to find an escape but no no avail. Your vision is slowly clearing underwater and you become aware of a second pair of clear eyelids that are acting like a pair of goggles to clear your vison.
"What's happening... please let me out!" You pound on the door, trying to get the attention of the mermaids who trapped you here. You swim around some more before sinking to the ground slowly in defeat. Your fingers feel weird. You feel a strange tugging sensation in the webbing and watch to find the webbing growing and expanding between your fingers. Your fingernails seem to vanish and your fingers elongate slightly to add more surface area to your now webbed hands. You take of you shirt, the fabric has been restricting your breathing since your gills grew in. You glance down at your chest to see what the gills look like and gently run your hands over them. You feel a sudden tugging sensation between your legs. Your legs seem to be writhing beneath your pants. You pull off your jeans to see what exactly is happening.your legs suddenly go limp as if all the bones have dissappeared. You cover your mouth to mask your shock, not that it matters given where you are. With no hip or leg bones your underwear slid off your body.
You can now tell that the skin between your legs near your croch has been slowly merging together. You watched as the flesh knits together before your very eyes, muscles changing as the transformation progresses.
You feel the newly forming fleshy appendage hesitantly. Your hand moves to you genitals wondering what will happen to it. Your penis seems to be changing shape and getting sucked into your crotch more. You can tell it hasn't dissappeared completly, there is an opening for it to come out of, but it is not contained within your growing tail.
Your legs have now merged together to your knees. Your feet have become more flipper like. A sudden pain shoots up your back as a long dorsal fin grows but tapers off just below where your buttocks used to be.
There is a cracking noise and you can literally feel your spine start to push down the tail forming new joints, ligaments and muscle attatchements.
Your flesh has merged to what used to be your ankles, you notice that your tail is now much longer than your legs were, your feet barely resemble human flesh anymore but are wide and fin like. Small attatchements inside the flat appendage allowed you to move it. You touch the long fleshy tail, barely believing that it belongs to you.
A sudden itching crops up all over the tail and thousands of scales begin to form. They glitter and shimmer even in the dim light of the cave.
You wonder if the changes are done when you been to feel the muscles and bones of our face rearranging. Your jaw becomes more square and your features are more handsome, but you wouldn't have a mirror to know this. Your body becomes more defined. Muscles are like a swimmers.
You can hardly believe what has happened as you look over and run your hands along your new body. It's hard to believe you're not dreaming.
