You take them gingerly from the scientist, noticing that they're one piece. The headphones have weird fins sticking out from them, almost like rabbit ears, and the sunglasses only have one big curved lens, with a bump in the middle where you place them on the bridge of your nose. When you put the set on, something fills your ears.
The scientist holds up a sign that says "The headphones block your hearing until we turn them on, which I am going to do now." He holds up a remote and pushes a button on it. You feel an incredible pain in your ears and eyes for a split second, and then you can see and hear again, much better than before.
"Upgrade to company standard," said the scientist.
The suit locks into place, preventing you from moving, as a very odd feeling moves up your body. You can't think of a way to describe it beyond tingly. Once the feeling reaches your neck, it stops.
The scientist grabs you by the arms and swivels you around, and you see yourself in the mirror. Your body looks very different. You have broad shoulders, a narrow waist and you can even see hints of musculature under the suit. Your body looks extremely sharp. However, aside from the sunglasses and the goofy headphones, your head looks exactly the same, and rather out of place.
"It appears that while the body was compatible, the brain was not. As per our protocol, we will replace the head of the new Servitor Unit with one where the brain was compatible but the body was not."
The scientist comes up behind you, grabs your headphones by the fins and gives your head a quick twist. You are terrified for a second that he was going to kill you, but you felt relief for a moment when you realize that he simply detached your head from your body, which was now walking away.
Wait....HE DETACHED YOUR HEAD FROM YOUR BODY!
