These worlds are eternally watched over by entities unknown that strive to ensure that none of the separate worlds ever interact with each other. However, despite their monumental power and knowledge, even beings like themselves make mistakes and occasionally, tiny bits of some worlds leak into others. These leaks could be anything mundane like a clump of rock to completely world defying like a all consuming antimatter virus.
