when John looked over his choices from both left (F) and right (M) that John figured he could never return to his normal human life, since he had accepted the initiation as these were the mask he had to choose from. A wolf, A fox, A lizard, A coyote, A lynx, A panther, A owl, and of course A dragon as John figured if he was going to start a new life to create that he might as well enjoy it, but looking them over once more is when he wasn't interested in his options of what he had to choose from.
John then asked about the options of the other masks they had that he then remembered what they had said about them. "All other masks we will provide you with will only provide temporary results until the mask is removed." they did also say he may choose to become female, or remain male as the light turned on at the other end of the room to reveal more masks that were still separated into two areas (left was still female as the right was also still male.)
