Brad was still screaming when a powerful odor filled his nostrils. It was so intense that he actually forgot his fear for a moment, at least until he realized the source was the huge grizzly now moving towards him. He recoiled again, backing deeper into the river, getting very confused. Why was he afraid of the bear? He knew they were supposed to be dangerous, but he did not really feel afraid of it. Actually, the more he caught the scent and looked, the more he wanted to be with the beast.
Brad's eyes widened as he realized he not only wanted this huge, powerful male bear to mate with him - SHE was a huge, powerful female grizzly at her peak fertility! This knowledge stunned her. A female? As in getting fucked and having cubs? Yet she was slick and hot, her body responding to the male's scent. She quivered, then moved towards the approaching male to meet him halfway. Brad was still scared, of course, but now she felt a tremendous curiosity and amazement at this encounter. She was a bear! An animal! A totally different creature! She was sure that all of this would be terrifying, even horrifying later on, but instincts and her own fascination combined to make her mostly excited.
The fairies chittered with anticipation, clapping their hands with glee as the human boy's head began to make the final change. His nose and mouth pushed out, skull swelling out until it matched the massive body below. Only the boy's eyes remained human still, curiously intelligent over the animal muzzle. Puck was the first to realize what was missing - the fear! He frowned as the new female brushed against the male in a show of acceptance. The human was still there, but almost happy! The realization was disappointing at first, and caused a bout of angry chatter among the fae. But it had happened before. Not all humans found transformation to be bad, and it seemed this human was finding joy in her new animal life. And this would open many other possibilities if they could influence the new bear later on. By the tie the male huffed and stood u behind the female, the fae were satisfied with their work.
Brad was flushed and panting, her need almost physical. She knew this was the perfect time to mate, that this male's seed would start new life in her womb. Bear's indicts and even memories of years as an animal now shared space with her human knowledge, the bestial existence already a little stronger. She felt the weight of the male and braced herself, then roared as he found her opening and thrust in. The sex lasted a long time, leaving Brad dazed when the male finally pulled out. He would leave her, and probably never be seen again. It was her job to carry, deliver, and raise her cubs. And she was pleased at the prospect, satisfied and content. Brad did not realize that her mind was mostly bear now, did not miss or even think about what she was losing. She knew she had been human, but that was already a curiosity rather than regret.
Puck watched with satisfaction as the grizzly female's eyes solidified, changing to be like those of the male. There was still intelligence there, but that of a smart animal rather than a human. Perhaps they would reawaken the human's thoughts. When she was giving birth? Or suckling cubs? That would be a rude awakening. He giggled at the thought. Or perhaps they might lure her into the human camp where her former human friends and companions might end up as berry bushes, or drawn into her womb to be her cubs.
