Some of the comments that came in on the Animalia Ambassadoria webpage carried plenty of updates that weren't always perfect. Even some of the supportive ones included some things that were more sexual than truly supportive of Animalia. On some level, it was something that many Animalians had come to accept, as that sort of thing was to be expected, and at the same time, it was also figured that in pure theory, in time such things could lead to actual romance, just as it had with Simon and Malice. When they'd first met as Animalians, Malice's forwardness had been a bit of a surprise and wasn't necessarily the best option, but what was normal turned out not to be the case. That had allowed for Malice to ultimately claim her mate, and as Sarah looked over some of the comments coming up, she couldn't help but think over what happened after Malice went with the Truman family the night before...

As Luke and Sandra drove off with Malice and Simon for the evening, they left the Wesley house with a mix of pride and confusion. Thomas and Julia liked Simon. Simon struck them as the sort of young man that Malice probably needed in her life to keep fully on the straight and narrow. They knew that Sarah had done a lot of that sort of thing, but both also figured that when Sarah and Malice grew up that they would ultimately part ways as they moved on in life, though they didn't know about Malice's plans that she and Sarah would ultimately either have houses next to each other or would live in some giant house that could house two families.
"Well, that was a bit odd," Julia commented.
"Yes, odd," Thomas agreed slowly, "I... I mean sometimes with Malice one can understand, as she was born a dog and is getting used to more of the human mores and norms..."
"It would appear that Sandra was a bit of a "wild thing" in her younger days," Sarah commented from the couch where she was sitting down beside Travis.
"And had it reborn when she became an Animalian," Travis agreed.
That was the thing that raised some of the confusion for Thomas and Julia. It wasn't as though they weren't opposed to frequent romantic couplings, as sex as a Animalian was enough to get Julia to accept and even enjoy being an Animalian. And her swelling womb was enough to prove that she and Thomas enjoyed each other quite frequently, but that didn't necessarily mean that she wanted to brag about how good her husband was in bed to anyone and everyone. Nor did Thomas or Julia want to discuss their daughter's sex lives or compare stories with their daughters.
"Well... at least Simon seemed okay," Thomas answered, "and a good fit for Malice."
"On that we agree," Julia nodded.
"Seemed rather smart and did like Malice," Travis commented, "I'd think he'd make her very happy."
Thomas and Julia both turned to the uplifted Dalmatian who was seated next to Sarah for the moment. Travis looked to them and added to the point.
"Just as you make each other happy and just as I'd hope to make Sarah happy," Travis finished.
Thomas and Julia watched as Travis took Sarah's hand and rubbed it softly. Sarah smiled to Travis as well and Thomas and Julia could both hear the happy thumps of two tails hitting the couch's surface. It was something that did give both Wesley parents a sense of pride. That both their daughters did have mates that made them happy and were supportive. Some things with Sandra Truman might be a bit atypical, even for Animalians, but that didn't change that Simon was a good male and had clearly made Malice happy since the two had met. They smiled to each other and then smiled to Sarah and Travis.
"Just try not to be too loud, dear," Julia said to Sarah as she and Thomas Wesley headed to bead.
With that, Sarah stood up and offered Travis her arm.
"Shall we?" Sarah said to Travis.
"Yes," Travis smiled back and took Sarah's arm and let his made lead him to her bedroom with the likely action to be taken being known as they turned off lights on the way.

And as those comments came in, Sarah only shook her head at some, but they couldn't shake the happiness she felt at having Travis as her mate, nor the happiness she had in her sister for getting to claim hers.
