Science class. Their had never been a more perfect time for a solar eclipse. Unless that eclipse was going to make you eat your class. Kendra saw the full moon before she felt it empower her. As was normal for here werewolf transformation, the full moon gave her small frail body strength so she would not simply collapse as soon as she transformed. She started huffing and puffing heavily as the changes began and her teacher asked if she was ok. Kendra nodded slowly and used her usual excuse, "It's an allergic reaction, I should be fine." It wasn't a complete lie. In technically a werewolf is simply a reaction to the full moon, and most werewolves are allergic to wolfsbane, meaning Kendra did have an actual allergy, she had the doctor confirm it so she could use the excuse on her parents. The teacher offered for her to go to the nurse's office and Kendra happily excepted the chance to leave class. She hurriedly took the pass and had just left the class when muscles began to appear on her tiny frame. She felt herself bulking up and her clothes tearing at the seams, dark fur that matched her hair began to grow slowly from her skin. She keeled over in pain and struggled in a random direction hoping to find a hiding place. It was everything she had not to scream or howl from the pain coursing through her body. Kendra continued to stumble down the hall and felt her shirt start to rip, soon enough she would be naked, but that didn't matter at this point.
