Ty couldn't help himself and had to find out what happened to Michael. He wished to know how Michael ended up with both a vagina and a dick. Ty was surprised by what he learned.
Ty learned that his power was created centuries ago by a complicated ritual that a cult performed in the attempt to gain the power of a god. The ritual killed the cultist but they got what they wanted as all the energy built up by the ritual was passed into a single person. That person gained the power to do whatever they wanted with only a few exception.
Ty's power can not be used to bring the dead back to life or grant immortality. As such the person who originally got the power eventually died. But their power did not die with them. Instead it passed to a random person nearby. Said person didn't know they had the power until they accidentally used and like Ty they used their power to learn it's origins. They also learned they can select a person to inherit their power after they die.
The previous holder of Ty's power was a woman named Violet who decided not to bother messing with her age after she learned she couldn't escape death. Ty had volunteered to help at the old folks home where Violet was living and because of the kindness he showed her during her final days she chose Ty as her successor.
Michael used to work at the old folks home before William was born and treated the woman terribly. To punish him Violet decided to turn Michael into a woman until he learned his lesson. Michael freaked out at first but grew to enjoy being a woman after a few months. Violet noticed this and revealed that she was the one that changed him and why she did it. Michael apologized for his behavior and made a special request. He asked to have the power to switch between his male and female forms at will. Violet granted this request but made him promise not to tell anyone about her power.
However Michael foolishly got drunk and told a guy named Seamus about Violet as the guy had an awesome body but his dick was tiny and Michael wanted it to be bigger. As punishment Michael woke up with no memory of Violet and was permanently stuck in a male body with both a dick and a vagina (which was the last form he took). He was also impregnated with Seamus' child as he'd sleep with him that night after Seamus got a bigger dick from Violet (Seamus thinks it was always like that). William is that child, and while he looks like Michael he will one day have a body like Seamus'.
Ty was pleased with what he had learned and knew exactly what he wanted to do next.
