The Genie is still scowling. "No, no Master. If you aren't happy like that, you need to try something else."
You feel disoriented for a moment, and find yourself in a different stall. The smells of manure and urine are stronger, and there are many flies. Confused, you twist around and see a much thicker, larger body. Your dark hide is matted with dirt and dried sweat, and has scars and strap marks.
Remembering what the Genie said, you shake your hind quarters and peer between your hind legs as your penis emerges. It is very thick, but not as long, and has a slightly rounded, pointed end with no visible head. There is nothing hanging down behind it. You are a gelded work horse!
Genie! You want to cry out, but all that comes out of your muzzle is a loud whinny. There is no response. Has he left you here for good?
This stall is dirty and old, but your feed bin has fresh grain and the water bucket is full, if spitty. You eat and drink, still upset by this downfall, but finding the food good. As you finish up, a dirty-looking teenage boy dressed in an old-fashioned tunic comes in.
"You're up early this morning, Tonka! Guess you're a lot more eager to get back to plowing than I am." He grabs the heavy bridle hanging on the wall and slips in over your muzzle - you find yourself cooperating without even thinking about it. You know this human - he is your master and partner. You nuzzle him affectionately, and follow him outside to where a large, battered plow sits.
It isn't until you are already hooked up and the boy tugs gently on the leads that you realize you have fallen into the behavior of a well-trained plow horse. Part of you is aware of the dirt, the stinks, and the flies, and of how much harder this life is than that of a pampered stud stallion. Yet even as you start pulling the plow through the dirt, you have trouble remembering why this is wrong or different. It is so easy to slip into the plow horse mindset.
As the day wears on, you feel your mind slowing, thoughts getting simpler. Is the Genie just trying to make a point? If you call him again, will he change you back to the stallion? Or make things worse?
