"I guess I'll go with Mona." Cailin said calmly.
"Well then you can follow me to Dr Grant's quarters." Morton replied, gesturing her to follow.

Arriving at the sliding door in front of a shed, Cailin gave it a couple knocks.
It slid up to reveal the minty haired bombshell of a woman waiting inside, ready to greet her bunkmate.
"So, guess you'll be staying with me and my dad?" Mona asked.
"Yeah, afterall, this is probably the safest place in the entire base. " Cailin smiled and giggled.
"Alright, come in."
Cailin smiled ear to ear at what she saw: A nice clean bed with smooth clean sheets, a desk that had a TV and a few game consoles, a mini fridge, a fully stocked bookshelf should she get tired of gaming, and a closed off, private bathroom!
Cailin almost squeeled at the sight, but then she was brought out of her zoned out state by Dr. Grant dropping off a couple plates of grilled Mahi Mahi with mango salsa and scallops on the side.
"Girls, dinner!" Grant called.
As soon as Cailin sat down to eat, she voraciously tore hunks out of the fish and swallowed them whole; she hadn't had anything to eat in awhile except for a granola bar in the back seat of Morton's car.
"I take it you like it?" Dr. Grant asked.
"MMMMHMMMMM!" Cailin grinned with a mouth stuffed full of Mahi Mahi and salsa.
"When you're done Cailin, I'll need to ask you some...." Dr. Grant paused when he saw that Cailin was completely finished and swallowed her last mouthful in front of him, ".... questions."
"Okay."
Cailin followed to doctor to his lab and sat at the chair in front of his smooth, silver desk.
"So Cailin, from what Mona told me you were male before the injection. Is this correct?"
"Yes."
Dr. Grant wrote it down.
"And have you been feeling... aroused as of late?"
"A little, but not like a bimbo. Rachel's kinda hot, and Jamie's sort of cute, but I don't feel like I need to have sex with them."
Dr. Grant wrote this down.
"Have you made any oral contact with anybody?"
"Well the other girls and I were kissing eachother and stuff to sneak through the bimbos, but I don't feel any different."
"So as it can be gathered, Grant's cure does what it claims to."
Both of them turned to see a stern looking fifty something man with several badges, stern green eyes outlined by bushy eyebrows, and a walrus like mustache.
"General Montgomery, I wasn't expecting you here so soon." Dr. Grant said nervously.
"You're the general?" Cailin asked.
"Why of course, young lady...*or man*. Anyway, it's good to hear that Grant's formula does as he has stated prior to his stay here. So, how many injections are left?"
"Last time I checked, there were five." Cailin replied.
Montgomery's optimism was quelched by that statement.
"Were going to need more than that to protect our men, we'll need to immunize around twenty our soldiers if were going to raid Point Cavernal. Those ammo stocks are important, Doctor."
"I still have plenty of biotic fluid and virus samples to make more." Grant assured him.
"And I'm pretty good with a pistol." Cailin replied.
"Well, alright then. Grant, get to work on those injections! And you young lady? " Montgomery asked.
"Yes?"
"I'll see you at the firing range." the general replied as he slammed the door behind him.

Later on, the whirring of the centrifuge Dr. Grant was using to concoct more shots was barely above the sounds of punching and hadoukens being tossed around.
"So, you're offering to go out and help the troops fight the bimbos?" Mona asked.
"Yep, and I'm gonna give it my all, too!" Cailin said as she threw a shuriuken as Ryu.
"You think you can handle being swamped in a horde?" Mona asked.
With a final hadouken, Cailin won the match, the hit had been pixel perfect. She triumphantly turned to face Mona with a grin.
"I know I can!"
Mona smiled at the boy-turned-girl's optimism.
"Well," Mona said as she shut off the Playstation and switched the light off. "Good Night."
Cailin yawned "Good Night" as she dozed off in the comfy bed.
