Cassie's head rocked back as if someone had just hit her forehead with a brick. She took in a very deep breath and blinked her eyes a few times. She looked over her body and room as if seeing it for the first time. The room around her and Robert started to change. It became larger, much larger. The bed became absolutely enormous, enough for multiple people. The Walls seemed to rush into the distance and the ceiling shot upwards. Soon it was like they were sitting in an aircraft hanger that someone had turned into a bedroom.
Just as interesting were the things that didn't change. The posters of pop and movie stars stayed, and in fact a few more turned up. They were just joined by large chalkboards, a few posters that displayed quotes about the nature of the universe under various famous scientists and philosophers, some movie posters, and a large collection of shelves that held various books, models, and mechanical parts of various obscure origins.
"Well..." said Cassie, "well well well. Aren't we going to have fun?" She winced, "My God I was stupid a moment ago."
"Cassie?" Robert eyed her warily.
"Yes I'm fine." She eyed Robert up and down with a smile. "And I very obviously don't need a tutor anymore." She nodded to a few framed certificates on the wall. They indicated expertise in a multitude of fields. "Now come over here. You would not believe what uses an intelligent mind can put this tongue to." She reached out and tweaked one of her nipples in demonstration.
"You still want sex?"
"I can't have both sexual and intellectual desires?" She rolled over on the bed and crawled up onto all fours. "If you like I can explain strangelets while you do my ass." She smiled, "Lick me out and I can tell you about Proust. Lay me on my back and put my ankles on your shoulders and I'll even let you know how this ring works." She wiggled the ring at him and smiled.
