Looking upon your work the chair stood completely petrified as you felt like the first time in your life you felt like you had some real power. Reaching down to pick up the stone that you had used, it seemed to have lost its mysteries sheen and upon throwing it against a nearby shovel it merely tinged off as before but without the reality defining magic. The Shovel merely remained unchanged and by further inspecting the stone you can see that it had indeed become just an ordinary pebble. But what would happen you thought if you through the stone back at the chair and again you took aim and pelted it making a distinct rocky ting as it did. Again, you watched in anticipation for a magic that you had barely an understanding of, hoping to find some way to properly use this power and as before your eyes widened in delight. The chair creaked and cracked as again magic took over its form its stone frame receding back into its previous wood structure and in just a few moments later the chair seemed completely unassuming almost like nothing had happened to it at all.
Finally, you thought celebrating your success your begging to figure this magic out you can turn anything you wanted to stone and how to reveres it if you wanted to. You reached down to inspect the stone again only to be surprised when it disintegrated into a small pile of dust. Crap you thought, it seems like these things are one use only, off course it probably would have been too op if you could just reuse them indefinably. You had to choose you’re your targets carefully, as you clutched the silken bag of stones you pondered how dangers this power could be. Your no wizard of if something unexpected happens and you can’t fix it what if your caught doing this what if you accidentally get turned to stone yourself. But at gazing upon the magic stones your rational scientific mind fell away as they shimmered enchantingly with magic almost enticing you to use them. You almost felt overcome with the desire to use their magic and have all that did you wrong fall under your new power so whose first.
You were still deciding until a shrill shriek roared across the shed startling you to the core nearly dropping the bag of stones. Any normal person would have been forgiven to have mistaken it for a banshee but you were all too familiar of the anger scream that now approached you. Katie soon kicked the door wide open with a force that shuttered the tin walls of the shed. She had a terrifyingly demon like look on her face, you thought you would have gotten used to your older sisters’ tantrums by now but she seemed particularly upset at you. “WERE THE FUCK IS THE MONEY” she screamed, you merely held the silk bag behind you for now as you tried in vain to calm her down. But she continued
“ you said you had a few hundred left in your account, but when I was trying to by some new shoes the card declined so WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED”. Katie continued to berate you as you slowly began to conclude exactly who should be the first to be petrified.
