When Mark woke up, the room around him was dark. It was clearly still night and for a moment, he wondered why he'd woken up. Then he noticed the feeling in his stomach and throat - he was hungry and thirsty at the same time. Mommy's milk would solve both problems.
Mark decided to go over to Mommy's bedroom and make her feed him. He tried to get up, but found he couldn't. His body didn't seem to be strong enough, or even know how to. He couldn't even sit up - his torso and head were way too heavy for his little muscles, and all he managed to do was to flail his legs around helplessly.
Mark got really worried - what had happened to him? Now he realized that something about his mouth felt weird as well. Probing with his tongue, he found out he didn't have a single tooth - his gums were completely smooth, like a newborn's.
Mark was clearly no longer three years old.
The coin must have reduced his age even more, to just a few weeks or months. He figured out that he subconsciously wanted to be breastfed and diapered for as long as possible, and the coin had acted on that subconscious wish. That wasn't so bad, as an infant he would be taken care of much more intensely than a toddler.
But there was one problem: How would he give his wife/mother orders now? He tried to speak, but all that came out was an unintelligible coo, of course. Mark was really afraid of losing control, but if he could apparently control the coin just by subconscious wishes, maybe the same would work for Mommy too?
For now, he wished to be fed. He figured out that as a baby, he wouldn't have to be able to speak to communicate that anyway. He breathed in deeply and started to cry.
He was sure every Mommy would respond to the ear-piercing wails of her hungry infant. Still he wondered what had taken her so long when the light was finally switched on and Mommy picked him up from the crib. She placed him on her shoulder and held him effortlessly with one hand, making him realize how tiny he had become. He stopped crying as she carried him over to the bed they used to share when he was still big and laid down with him at her side.
When she opened the top buttons of her nightgown, he remembered the sex they'd been having here, back when their love was still fresh. But those were distant memories now, and his interest in the breast she freed from her nursing bra now was of a completely different nature. He greedily started to suckle, enjoying the milk that gave his body all it needed. Mommy yawned heartily. "Whoa, Marky, I REALLY need more sleep." she said. "Drink up, then we check on your diaper and then we both sleep through the rest of the night. Deal?" She laughed, clearly not expecting him to understand anything she said.
Mark was rather tired himself. He didn't think he needed a diaper change and wished Mommy would let him sleep as soon as he was done feeding, but at that moment his body betrayed him. With a surprisingly loud bubbling noise he filled his diaper with creamy poop. At least Mommy waited until he was full and spit the nipple out before getting up to burp him and then put him on the changing table. When she noticed the coin on the tiny chain around his neck, she immediately took it off him. "Gosh, how did that choking hazard get there?" she wondered, then put it down on a shelf next to the changing table. Mark realised he wouldn't get his coin back, so he started to cry and squirm in frustration, giving his clueless Mommy a hard time changing a very messy diaper.
