As the changes started, she once again fell half asleep. She felt incredibly sick however, this was causing her to not drift off completely. The internal heat seemed to finally cool down a bit, making her a bit more aware of her surroundings again. She had lied down on her back just seconds before, in the grass. She looked up to the sky. First she wanted to wash off all the sweat.
Michelle put on her underwear again, to later head back to the tent. She wanted to look for new clothes in her back. You see, if she wanted to camp for a longer time she needed some spare ones as well.
Michelle still felt incredibly sick while searching for her new clothes. She was dizzy and even a small thing like opening the tent already seemed like a whole challenge to her. She brought the clothes with her and headed back to the lake. The evening was already nearing so she wanted to get back to camp right after she was done washing herself. She layed down her clothes on a boulder on the edge of the lake, to after that slowly head into the water. She stopped at where the water reached her hips and washed herself all over.
She felt it again. A rush of heat went through her body, this time in a very painful way. She doubled over, crying it out, despite the feeling not leaving her body. An immense churning erupted from out of her stomach, but also her private property felt as if it was under attack. Things began wriggling inside her, yet she had no idea what was happening. Figuring the water in the lake was possibly causing it she rushed away and fell onto the sand. Right there, she was trying not to move at all, but she was aching everywhere, causing her to spasm. She puked... something. It wasn't looking like it. She puked up a strange see-through substance. She tried to stand up, and with all difficulity, she succeeded in it. Michelle after that stumbled towards the rock on which her clothes lied.
As she put in a last effort to pull up her pants on her legs, she felt a new wave of intense arousal, and collapsed after that, falling in the sand.
