You were always special, but never in a good way. Your parents while loving were majorly incompetent and poor. Your grades at school were decent but you had always been the outcast there, always alone and bullied with few real friends. However most importantly, you were cursed. Your not sure why but you could tell that you definently weren't normal.
You always thought your power was hard to explain but it was very real in every aspect. You could..... materialize the nightmares of others. You can channel the deep unspoken fears of others and create physical incarnations of them. While you seem to have some measure of control over them, your not able to prevent them from killing the people you created them from.
One time a girl a year older than you in kindergarden was punching and kicking at you using her size to overwhelm you and when you finally had enough you raised up your hand in self defense but watched in horror as a stream of pure darkness was blasted from your small hand hitting the girl right in the face. The girl began coughing a grimy liquid, screaming heavily as the liquid began gathering and forming a solid shape. The shape eventually turned into a large black wolf like creature with the face of a ugly horrendous bulldog with demonic red eyes filled with malice and big black bugs crawling out of it's rancid mouth. You vividly remember watching the girl scream in pure unrivaled terror as the creature leaped at the girl bitting her and clawing at her fragile flesh.
Horrified you managed to will the creature away and the girl was later taken to the hospital with everyone assuming her injuries was from a feral dog.
Another time a local gang of teenagers cornered you alone into a alleyway on the way to school and one of them had pulled a knife, terrified you accidentally used your powers again, this time materializing a old clown zombie clutching a sharpened bone and what appeared to be some version of Slenderman. This time you couldn't stop them as you saw the Nightmares brutally kill them, this time not being able to will your creations away in time.
You ran away from the scene and later saw in the news the story of the bodies of several kids brutally torn apart in a alleyway, even seeing pictures of organs and blood being scattered across the concrete. Your two Nightmares were later destroyed by you after you saw them attempting to climb into your bedroom window, supposbly returning to their "Master".
You then became terrified of yourself, you were cursed and you only found that your powers have grown as you aged causing you to become a loner unsure when your powers may be unleashed again.
Whenever you stand in shadows you become nearly invisible and you could see clearly even in the darkest of nights. Your parents have become worried about you and believe you need mental aid and will be sending you to sessions with a psychologist every week.
However you are still scared. Now at the age of fifteen your powers have become even stronger as of late, your blond hair had recently turned black and your nails have sharpened to points with your teeth essentially turning into razor sharp fangs and you fear for what may happen to the people around you.
