"Isn't there like, magical insurance or something?" asked an exasperated Wendy, still not believing the damage that she has caused as she continued to look around at the wreckage in disbelief. "I know that you have a lot of magic powered supervillains in your rogues gallery, Wonder Gal. I mean, this HAS to be considered an Act of God, can't it?"
Laura touched Wendy's shoulder with a feeling of sympathy and affection. "I'm sorry, honey, I don't know. But I'll do whatever I can to help."
Suddenly, the sound of police sirens and red and blue flashing lights erupted from the distance. Two cars pulled up beside the young women, and four officers exited the vehicle. One of them gave a slight nod to Laura, who as Wonder Gal was the town's champion and an honorary police officer herself. She even had a badge which she kept in her room.
One cop appeared beside the two with a notepad and said "So tell us what happened".

While Tony's body was running on auto pilot, being reactive to Kylie's queries and comments and actions, but never instigating anything, the astral form of the Sorcerer Supreme was busy refreshing his memory with stock sitcom formulas that he was researching online. His spirit wandered to the bathroom. He had to be quick, because if he was out of his body for more than an hour, he ran the risk of becoming permanently stuck like this.
"OK, OK, OK, OK..." he said, scrolling through his phone. As he heard Kylie chatting with his body, he winced for a moment, remembering when he and Kyle would hang out together in middle school and high school, before that horrible Halloween night five years ago that changed everything. Both of them had been nerds. Tony had been the more extroverted type nerd, who wasn't exactly popular with the Jennifer Smith's of the world, but was respected for being himself, with Kyle being the shy, isolated introvert. Hindsight being 20/20, Tony sighed as he could look back and see the signs that led up to his friend's descent into madness.
He heard Kylie shriek as she caused yet another unintentional transformation in the living room, and sighed.

The now lustful twenty year old Samantha Perkins cyberstalked Tyler Blake's social media hangouts until she was sure where exactly in Glendale he lived, and then she decided to drive there with stars in her eyes.

Kylie's magic continued to spread throughout Glendale, gently gliding, invisibly, through the small town's coastal ocean breeze.
A balding middle age man mowing his lawn didn't notice as he was gradually transforming into his idle teenage daughter, sleeping upstairs in her room, nor the daughter into her mother, nor the man's wife into her husband.
Trish Weir, one of Jennifer Smith's acolytes from high school, was getting ready to pack up to go to San Francisco for a vacation, when a valley of warts and pimples began to erupt onto her perfect face. Her nose was becoming large and bulbous, a pair of thick glasses suddenly appeared on her face, giving the image conscious girl a very nerdy appearance, and that was just for starters.
Even animals weren't immune to Kylie's unconscious sorcery as the family dog of one innocent Glendale family immediately transformed into a carnivorous velociraptor, who was hungrily eyeing the family cat.
