"Arrgh!" The Anthro yelped at the sharp pain coming from his spine. Moments later two additional tail grew up out where his original tail was. The new kitsune panted and looked astonished at his new tails, and wagged each individually almost effortlessly. "This is freakish, maybe I should just leave and figure out what to do." The kitsine thought and began walking away from the puddle.
The kitsune eventually got to his old fox den, but saw that it was now far to small for him to occupy. "Great, now what am I going to do?" The kitsune asked himself out loud and face palming. The kitsune then looked at his new thumbs and opened and closed his hands. "Guess I'll just have to find a new home, and adapt to becoming a primape. Hmmm, humans seem pretty resourceful maybe I can try to be like them." The kitsune said then suddenly a ball of fire appeared floating in his hand, and the kitsune immediately screamed surprised when this happened and dropped the fireball and it proceeded to catch a small area ablaze. "Shit! Shit! No no no no," the kitsune said then swiftly kicked some loose dirt over the fire, and put it out.
The kitsune was breathing heavily now, and he was now really worried. "Did I just do that? How? Why? Arrrgh!" The kitsune said then punched a tree only to hurt himself in the process. "Oww, damnit why did I do that?" The kitsune thought then shook his head, and focused on his hand again to saw that nightfall was coming soon. The kitsune then frantically looked around and found an unoccupied cave, and went inside for shelter. The kitsune then gathered some wood into a pile trying to recall what he saw some human campers doing in the past. However, the kitsune never knew how to make fire which is when he sighed, but right as he did a ball of fire appeared in his hand again, but this time he looked at it in awe and wonder.
The kitsune touched it and it burned him, and he dropped it into the pile of wood seconds later, and saw it catch ablaze like before. "I should have known, that's why humans never touch this stuff." The kitsune said then watched as he recreated another ball of fire then watched it grow and shrink when he wanted it too, and eventually he made it disappear just by wanting it to. The kitsune then sat by the fire he made that night, and continued to look at his new form, and he didn't know what to think. "What am I? What am I?! WHAT AM I?!!" The kitsune yelled getting mad over his body for no reason.
"Isn't it obvious?" A voice came out of nowhere
"What? Who's there?!" The kitsune yelled looking around trying to spot this mysterious being.
"You have nothing to fear from me, you are a kitsune. I am not your enemy, so please hear my words." The voice came again
"Show yourself and maybe I will consider hearing what you have to say." The kitsune growled
