Easter in Animalia was an interesting experience, for both humans, Animalians, and visitors. There was a lot to do and a lot to see.
The living dioramas of Roman and Jewish society was very interesting. It also helped people and Animalians understand the circumstances that would lead to Jesus' death, especially between the Pharisees and the Saducees, and how they hated Jesus for not siding with one or the other.
There were also models of how Christianity spread across the world after his death, as well as models of St. Paul's Cappadocia. The miniature displays of the suffering of the saints did fill many Animalians with sadness because of still more ways humans would divide themselves.
There was also a showing of a mock battle between christians and muslims that showcased what the crusades were originally. Some Animalians seemed to think that this was the reason behind the attacks on America by radical Islamists.

There was also a lot of fun for the younger folks, especially the Easter egg hunt. Jessica and Roger, done up as Easter bunnies, hid a number of plastic Easter eggs, with Animalian-safe Easter candy in them, and the children had to find a certain number of them before an hour was up. Fortunately, there was no chocolate in any of the eggs for the safety of the Animalian children, and the chocolate Easter candy would be handed out afterwards.
Several major newsgroups were allowed to interview Project Phoenix members for their agencies during the Animalian Easter Exposition, but Clara remained in control over what they could and could not ask, and maintained final veto power. Among the questions asked would be what allowed them to get into Project Phoenix, and how their life was afterwards, as long as privacy was respected. This might have been a disappointment for the celebrity newsmongers, but the established news agencies were more than understanding.
The Great Easter feast had many dishes associated with Easter. There were several hams, each with a different glaze on them. There were also several different salads, from pea salad to fruit salad. The bowls of Animalian-safe candies were scattered around the Great Hall, but the children weren't allowed to eat from them until they had eaten a real meal. There were also several different flavors of punch around, and each one was safe for Animalians to drink.
During the Easter feast, there were showings of various Easter themed television specials, such as "The Easter Rabbit is Coming to Town", or "It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown". There was also a place for Easter arts and crafts, and many children often brought their food over there so they could work on their projects while eating while their parents socialized with their friends.
During the feast, there was an announcement about the IAC. There was a decision made to include events based off of television shows such as Ninja Warrior or Global Guts. There would also be showing of new commercials staring Animalians, such as those that would appear during the super bowl. Soon, everyone was looking forward to the IAC, which was only three months away.

All together, the Animalia Easter Exposition helped a great deal in understanding the Christian religion. There were plans to include smaller celebrations for other holidays in April, but they wouldn't be as big as Easter.
