Your woke up and saw a person who was wearing a zoo uniform examining you, and it still appeared to be nighttime. You then got up immediately and shook yourself awake, and saw the man and looked at him confused. "Uh, hello?" You asked confused
"You met this kid how Auro?" The zookeeper asked
"He fell on me yesterday, and I got mad and cursed him. Then he cursed me back and now we're both kits, and we became friends and played around yesterday. Can he stay pleeeeas!?" Auro asked being the annoyingly mischievous child he is.
"Auro, you know that you can't just do this." The zookeeper said
"Aww, Brandon yes I can, remember the rules? They say that if a human visitor gets transformed into an a creature from an exhibit, they can stay if they want to. Plus Brax brought it upon himself for falling on me, but it's okay because I forgive him." Auro said
"Well that's not exactly something you can control now is it?" The zookeeper, Brandon said
"I'll stay here with Auro." You said
Brandon hesitated, and looked at you,"Are you sure?" Brandon asked,"You'll never be able to be human again."
"Uh huh, humanity is overrated, I'm fine and being a kid again is great. I've also wondered how it would feel to have paws and a tail, and I can curse others now which can be fun." You said
"Okay, if it's your decision that's all I need to know. Now I'm going to have to fill out paperwork and update the bios here. Auro said your name was Brax correct?" Brandon asked
"Yep, Auro helped me pick it out." You said
Brandon sighed,"Well I guess that's it for now, Auro made sure you were at least healthy thankfully. Just don't get too crazy with adding more kitsunes alright? Your habitat can't hold more than three of you."
"Yeah yeah, we will." Auro said walking over to you and standing beside you.
Brandon then walked away and exited the exhibit, leaving you with Auro. "Thanks for staying with me, It would be really boring alone." Auro said
"No problem, we're friends, but didn't that guy say we could have three of us here?" You asked
"Yes, but we can only have up to three, why do you have an idea?" Auro asked
"What are you like as an adult?" You asked
"I imagine the same for most humans, I usually just mind my own busines, but humans aren't exactly my thing. Brandon is good though, but still what were you thinking of?" Auro asked
"Is it okay if I do a couple things to you magically?" You asked
"Sure, as long as they aren't bad Brax." Auro said
"No, no it's fine, just watch." You said
You took a few steps away and spread your tails apart and focused on Auro. You then used your magic and saw Auro split into two of himself, and both of them were clones of each other. "Whoa is there two of me now?" Both Aurosasked at once and looked at each other.
"That's not all, now I know one of you wants to be an adult again right?" You asked
One of the Auros nodded happily while the others shook his head saying,"No no no no no, we're friends as kids and I like to stay a kid."
"Wait, you don't want to be an adult? I haven't really existed until now and I really want to know what it's like." The other Auro said
"Good, this is exactly what I wanted, now the Auro who wants to be an adult step forward." You said
The Auro who wanted to be an adult stepped forward, and you spread your tails once more. You then watched the Auro in front of you grow older to the age at which you first met him.
"There we go, now there's three of us, and one of us can make sure that things don't get too crazy." You said
"Whoa, I didn't know that we could make an adult copies of each other." Young Auro said
"So this is how we felt as an adult, I guess it's fine. Brax I would like to say that I do remember everything that the other Auro did and I remember you falling on me." The older Auro said
"Sorry, it was an accident I promise. Plus we became friends afterwards so isn't that enough to make up." You said
"I guess I'll let that one pass now, but next time either of you fo something that intones trouble then I will discipline you. I'll have to get around to teaching you both magic too." The older Auro said
"Both of us?!" Young Auro asked shocked
"Oh don't you act surprised young me, we both know that your mind regressed too and you forgot most of your magic knowledge when it did. I will teach you, and try to reawaken memories of magical training within your mind young me. You actually should thank Brax for this, remember all of those times we actually had to use magic to get out of a bad situation?" Older Auro asked
"Yeah, I guess you're right, just don't give me any boring lectures please." Young Auro said
"I'll try to put things into simple terms for the both of you." Older Auro said, and then chuckled.
"What is it older Auro?" You asked
"I just thought about how pissed Brandon will be once he sees this, don't worry about his punishment. I like to annoy him too sometimes Brax. Also we need you to call me something better than older Auro, so I'll figure something out. For now go play, and do what you want, but NO cursing humans, and NO transforming each other into different species using curses." Older Auro said
"Yes, sir," both you and young Auro said at the same time, and ran off to play. Later...
