You're arms become hairless, thinner, more nimble, feminine at most. You're face gains a more feminine structure. "This feels weird." You say, but you're voice has changed. You lose you're light stubble along with you're Adam's apple and chest hair. You're body comes together and you're hip size increases. You grow a pair of perfect B cups. Finally you feel you're brown hair grow down to you're waist, and notice it turned blonde.
