While Tad and Amy were enjoying their Friday night in Moon Lake, a group of the Seattle PD wasn't having anywhere near as much fun as the two werewolves were having. The group had been assigned to examine the corpse of Lionel Ulysses to try to find any traces of the poison that was used to kill him.
So far, there had been no luck at pinpointing anything.
The city's top chemical experts had come in to examine traces if any were found. Anything that seemed like poison to the Police was almost instantly turned down by the scientists. The team kept working and working late into the night, until only one scientist by the name of Dakota Wilson remained.
Dakota had been tasked with running DNA analysis on the part of Lionel's body where the syringe had been inserted. So far, nothing out of the ordinary had popped up. It was about 12:00 a.m, and Dakota was about to give up and turn of the system for the night, when suddenly, something popped up.
The system had picked up traces of not a chemical, but venom from the Belcher's Sea Snake, one of the most venomous snakes in the world. Somehow, the man who killed Ulysses had managed to get his hands on snake venom, snuck past security, injected it into Ulysses' bloodstream, and escape.
The only remaining question was how the "murderer" achieved this.
