Barbara and Kevin were holding hands walking in the late afternoon exploring places they used to play in their childhood. As kids, they had grown up in the area, but moved away, only to reunite years later as members of a singles club. Kevin knew of a back alley restaraunt in his youth that was known for it's wonderful atmosphere and food. They stopped as they passed by the window with the dildo display and smiled to each other. Barbara pulled Kevin's arm as they came into the store.
The man behind the counter looked like a mid-50's version of George Hamilton. "Please look around, I am here if you have questions. Price is alway negotiable," spoke the man with a deep tenor voice.
Kevin and Barbara split up, with Barbara more eager to view the selection than Kevin. The man behind the counter whispered, "Try the back corner first." Kevin looked over at the back corner the man was referring to, and slowly walked that way.
Barbara was already finishing up her first browse of every item in the store, and was going back for a slower second round. None of the items were in a box, and there were no tags.
Kevin kept walking, his eyes scanning was was a row of various dildos and plugs of many shapes and sizes. Arriving at the back corner, Kevin looked perplexed. There was just an empty set of shelves with one large wooden box. Kevin opened the box, and it was empty. Kevin turned around and bumped Barbara, who was looking at the items on the the shelf behind Kevin.
Kevin warned, "I think we should find the restaraunt before it gets dark. I am ready when you are."
Barbara was about to say something when the man came up behind them.
"I will let you have the box for $5, fully refundable.," said the man who appeared to be the store clerk.
"Not today.," said Kevin.
"Then perhaps a demonstration. Would the madam kindly remove her clothing in the dressing room and place them in the box?," the salesman asked.
Kevin saw the eagerness in Barbara's eyes and handed her the box from the shelf next to him, and she went to the dressing room that was halfway up the wall aisle they were at the corner of.
The man offered, "Would you agree to $5 for the box sir?"
Kevin reached for his wallet and pulled out a twenty dollar bill and gave it to the clerk. The clerk nodded and was up at the register making change when Barbara came out of the dressing room. Kevin stared at Barbara's face, the age lines and wrinkles on her face were gone. Her shirt slightly stretched at the top. Her loose fitting pants were now skin tight leather pants.
Barbara noticed Kevin's stare, "What? Did I put something on backwards?"
Kevin was about to speak, when the sales man startled him from behind, "Your change sir.," the man said softly. Then the salesman whispered, "Only you are aware." Kevin turned to the salesman, who was nodding. Then the salesman spoke louder when he said, "$15 is your change, thank you sir and come again."
Barbara smiled, "Silly me, I forgot the box.," she giggled as she stepped back into the change room to retrieve the box.
The two left the store, and continued searching for the restaraunt, but never found it. They returned to where they parked, and Kevin invited Barbara to his place. Barbara smiled and accepted with a nod. The two walked into Kevin's house with Kevin carrying the box. Kevin took the box to his room while Barbara excused herself to the restroom. He was curious, but what to try first he thought.
