Remembering Luke and Ethan’s situation… Luke got himself dressed with his father clothes and Ethan went to his son’s bedroom to get some clothes that could fit his new body. They both finished ad went downstairs to the kitchen before Evan arrived from the grocery store.
“So what are we going to do?” asked Luke with his father’s voice
“We’ will just have to pretend to be each other until we get the chance to change back”
“Shouldn’t we tell Max and his dad? Maybe they’ll have a solution”
“Probably but right now I don’t want to worry them, besides we need to keep your cousin out of all this”
“Don’t you mean YOUR COUSIN? SON”
“Right, now I’m supposed to be you, who could have thought about this? My own son it’s now my father”
Right after that, Evan enter from the front door.
“Uncle Ethan, Luke I’m home”
“We are right here” shouted Luke
Then his former cousin now nephew enter to the kitchen with a carton of milk in his hand and a donut in the other hand.
“Sorry, uncle, but I couldn’t resist to buy a donut, you gave me too much money, oh here’s the change”
“Hey so what will we have for breakfast?” asked Luke
“I don’t know DAD, why don’t you prepare something?” said Ethan
“Oh right, what would you like?”
“I’m fine, I’ll just have a bowl of cereal, that’s why I went for milk” said Evan as he looked into the cupboard “hey uncle were are the bowl”
“They’re on the other shelf on top of the blender” said Ethan forgetting for a second he was now Luke fortunately for them, Evan didn’t care who answered.
“Got it” said Evan as he got the bowl and filled it with cereal and then milk, then he took a spoon and sat on the table.
“Evan, why don’t you go eat breakfast in the livingroom, in front of the Tv” suggested Luke
“Really? Thanks Uncle Ethan” and then he went straight to the other room
“Be careful not to spill milk on the couch” said Ethan
“Dad what are you doing? You are supposed to be acting like me, not like his father or uncle” started Luke
“Me? It’s you who is not acting like me, why would you let him eat breakfast on the couch?” said Ethan
“Because that could give us some time to plan things”
“I’ll pass on this one just for now”
“Yeah, so? When do we change back?
“Just be patient, we cannot do it as long as Evan is in the house,”
“Maybe I can call Max and Mark and tell them to take Evan out” said Luke
Then someone knocked on the front door and Evan said he would check it out, seconds later they could hear voices from Mark, Zack and Max inside the house.
“Well I think they are one step ahead” said Ethan
Soon they were all asking for Luke, went to the kitchen and greeted Luke and Ethan without knowing they were in the others body.
Then all the boys went to the living room and started to play videogames, carrying Ethan with them. A couple of rounds have passed and Luke couldn’t see how his dad just ruined his reputation by losing in each match.
“Wow Luke what happen? It seems like it’s not your lucky day” said Zack
“ehh, yeah it’s just that I got some cramps on my hands” muttered Ethan
“Oh should check that out, are you sure you’re feeling alright SON?” asked Luke
“Yeah, DAD, I’m alright, Max would you mind taking my place? I gotta tell something to my DAD” asked Ethan
“Yeah sure” said Max taking his controller
Then Ethan grabbed Luke’s hand, or his own hand and took his son now dad, to the kitchen.
“What are you doing? You are getting beated by Zack! And he is a very lousy player!” said Luke
“I’m sorry, but I’m not used to play this everyday” Ethan defended himself
“You should let me show you how it is done” Luke started to walk to out the kitchen
“Hey young lad, where you think you’re going? If you go out there and play everyone will know that there is something wrong.
“Yeah well its better than letting them think I suck at videogames”
“you should do it, just enjoy this day until we change back at night and let them think that you are just having a bad day, believe me it won’t be that bad to be me for one day, besides I kind of enjoy being in your body, son” said Ethan
“Ok, I will try to be you, just for today”
“Thanks, Luke I really appreciate it” then Ethan hugged his son which was now taller than him.
Minutes later Ethan was back on the game and Luke got out of the house to life a day as his father
