"... three feet tall." As the words left Matt's lips, he felt a change. He became light headed as his clothes started to bunch up. There was a slight feeling of falling, even though his feet were firmly planted. Feeling dizzy anyway, he leaned against the wall and felt it slide against him.
After a few moments, the dizziness passed, and he looked around. The size of everything else had doubled. The hallway was longer and winder. The doorknobs were now at eye-level instead of waist-level. Everything was exactly as he imagined it! He felt his stiff dick, and thought to jack off right there... but then he remembered Brett.
His clothes were mostly useless, so he piled them up in the hall closet and went out to find Brett wearing only his T-shirt, which now stretched to the ground.
Opening the front door, he peeked outside. The world was familiar, but suddenly more threatening place. Huge cars rolled past the city street. Big birds sat on the power lines. Matt almost lost his nerve right there, but he realized that as big as things seemed to him, Brett's situation was six times worse.
After checking one last time that no one was around, he ran down the steps and across to where Brett had been playing. He found Brett's clothes, but no sign of the tiny neighbor. He called out softly, "Brett! Brett! Are you there? It's Matt."
Brett had moved into the weeds along the side of the house. They were taller than he; hiding him completely. He could just see the shadow that Matt cast. It didn't seem as big as it should have, but how was he to know what it would be like to be shrunk to the size of a mouse.
"Brett, it's Matt. Something has happened to me, and I've shrunk. It looks like something happened to you too. Uh oh." Matt paused for dramatic effect, hoping that Brett could see and hear him. "I'm still shrinking!" Matt held still and closed his eyes to concentrate on being 1 inch shorter.
Brett saw the shadow slide back just a little. Maybe Matt really was shrinking. Or maybe he was just moving away. He couldn't really tell. But it was time to decide? Should he reveal himself to Matt or try to make it on his own?
