Derrick stared at the wall of the "shower" slightly stunned and stupefied. This HAD to be a dream, a crazy dream, a really REALLY crazy dream. He must've fallen asleep on the way to the resort, yes that must have been it. But then again all this felt much too real. This COULDN'T be real, though. Could it? Derrick cleared his throat a bit. As the computer's voice got to the end of the list, and began to repeat them, Derrick piped up.
"Uh, the Hippocampus please" Derrick stated. "Very well then sir. Would you like a partial transformation or a full one?" Derrick slightly confused as to the difference said "Partial." As soon as the words left his mouth, multicolored bubbles began to rise from the drain at the bottom of the chamber.
"Choice confirmed. Proceeding with transformation," the computerized voice responded. Derrick looked around in a panic as the bubbles, which had only previously trickled up, began to foam up violently and mix with the water.
The chamber began to spin, first slowly, then quicker and quicker which began to churn the bubbles into the water. The strangest feeling came over Derrick, his head becoming light and his breathing ragged. He was burning up! His eyesight began to get hazy, filling with color and light. There must've been some sort of drug in this water, he must be going crazy!
His legs felt limp, he could no longer move them. Then, he looked down and, eyes wide, he noticed his skin below his waist turning a share between Orange and Coral and gaining a hard spiny texture that was still soft at the same time as well as becoming ridged. The front seemed to be lightening to a cream color while getting longer and his feet fused together before tapering off to a point forming the bottom of his tail. His upper body and seemed to be changing too, becoming slightly less muscular and more feminine, his pectorals expanding outward slightly to form what could be called a small pair of breasts and His waist becoming slightly smaller while his hips also expanded a bit. His ears and back of his neck began to tickle because of his hair that seemed to be growing and elongating, touching his ears and neck where it once did not before finally stopping just above his butt. A strange sort of pleasure erupted from the entire experience. Through this whole experience his heartbeat and breath raced, and finally, in a sudden burst of color, light, and pleasure, he let out a moan...
...and now he didn't seem to be in the chamber anymore. He was now in what looked like a deep ocean, which didn't resemble any ocean he was familiar with. His took deep breaths, swimming in place, and he looked down at himself once more. Sure enough, he was now a partial seahorse, but more had changed than simply growing a tail. As the computer told him, it would be an hour until he turned back. Then no more transformations for him he promised himself, he could get back to his nice normal family vacation.
