With the gender changes, as well as their vulpine transformation going unnoticed, the foxy family continued down the road, unaware of the magical aura trailing them. The invisible magic had also enveloped the wild foxes they had passed. The groups of vulpine looked down the road, with a sudden intent to travel down the route. There destination? They did not know, but the desire was too great to ignore.
As they walked along the dusty roadside, they were unaware of the changes the magic had instilled onto them. Their steps lessened as their legs shifted upwards, becoming bipedal while their fore legs and paws became arms and paw hands. Sheathes shrunk into their crotches and chests inflated while the brief existence of round breasts flattened and sheathes and ball sacks rose to life. And as they looked on the long stretch of road ahead of them, the fur on top of their heads began growing into fluffy fur hair, flowing in the arid wind.

After a few aggravating hours of annoying grooming from the younger twin vixens and squished by their bosoms, Derrin sighed in relief when he saw lights up ahead. "Harriet, honey? Why don't we rest up at that hotel?" Lindon told his vixen wife, pointing at one in the middle of the small town. "I think our little kits can take a break from the cramped car." Looking back, Harriet gave an amused smile at Derrin's frowning while Samantha and Richenda were leaning up and squishing their furry white breasts against his face. "Of course, dear! I could use the breast space myself."
The sun was just above the horizon when they pulled into the small parking lot. The foxy family spilled out of the car, with Derrin taking semi-exaggerated gasps of air. Coincidentally, a father, a mother and their daughter just came out of their room to eat out. The two families passed each other, with the father and mother quickly turning their eyes away from the odd family while their daughter looked in awe. Soon, their awkward looks faded as the magic washed over them while their daughter began pestering them about the Eversons.
"Mommy, mommy! Was that family foxes?" She asked, none of them aware that their clothes dissolved away being replaced by orange and white fur. "Of course they are, son. Why wouldn't they be?" Her mother... now father replied as 'his' chest deflated. Both 'he' and his 'son' grew unfamiliar sheathes where their girl parts used to be while their father... now mother grew furry globes on 'her' chest while her manhood shrank, holding her son's dark furred paw hand as they walked. Their newly grown fluffy tails wagged behind them as they walked passed the hotel sign, unaware that it had just finished changing from its old look and title to a bright new sign featuring a silhouette of a female and male fox with mischievous smiles together, the large words 'The Tricksy Fox Hotel'
The vulpine Eversons walked into the main lobby, with a few onlookers gazing in awe or confusion before shrugging it of as their clothes were faded away to orange fur. Other than a few people, the lobby was relatively quiet and empty. Wasting no time in hopes of getting his own bed to sleep in for the trip, he quickly went to ring the bell at the currently unmanned counter before standing back next to his family.
