You're a 16 year old boy who's got no interest in girls.Though a lot of your former friends talk about girls
all day long in the school cafeteria.
You do however have a thing for collecting sharp pointy objects,such as bowie
knives,switch blades and the latest in samurai swords.
So not surprising the sword interests you more then the chalice,which is strange because the chalice has lots
of scenes etched on it of men in battle,throwing spears and lances and the like.
The sword on the other hand looks fairly plain,except
for the letters THERA grooved in near the hilt.
A sharp pointy thing is a sharp pointy thing however,so you
pick up the sword and exit the spartan room with the two altars and head back towards the \entranceway.
No sooner are you back in the sunlight when you feel the sword shift and wiggle in your hands.
You're horrified to look down and see
not Thera the Sword but a three foot long green and blue scaled snake,which
seems as annoyed to be held by you as you are horrified to be
holding the hissing venomous reptile.
Your mind goes blank and when you regain your senses you discover yourself curled up naked
just outside the backdoor to your aunts house.
Not yours or you parents
but your aunts house.
Praying she isn't home you gingerly open the back door and sneak in.
Thankfully both your aunt and uncle are gone.so you
filch some of Uncle Mathews work clothes and quietly leave their house,dressed again.
You know your uncle keeps a video security camera trained on that back door,and you
sneak over to it,pull out the VHS tape thats recorded the last 2 hours activity,including your arrival naked and curled up
and dash home.
You pop in the tape and watch with dread as the image
shows a much bigger and longer version of that green and blue scaled snake-sword
come slithering under the space between the fence and the grass,slither and coil about in the yard
for a few minutes,then the beast slithers up the the back door and taps at the door with its snout for a few times
wait,like its expecting someone to open the door and let
it in,then it coils up and as you watch in horror,shorten and shift back into your
naked boys body.
Then the image shows you waking up,and well,the rest you know.
