"I wish we were a dragon family." I said
Suddenly the two of us were warped into a large cave and into a gigantic nest. Suddenly my body shrank down, and my voice sounded like a 5 year old kid. "Huh?" I said when I saw my clothes disappear and a tail bursted out of my rear. My hands and feet turned into 3 toed digitigrade claws, with paw pads underneath them. Thick red scales spread across my back while even thicker orange ones appeared on my stomach. My face pushed out into a muzzle and my teeth sharpened as my nostrils and eyes became slits and my tongue forked. I watched my dick split into two reptilian penises and then retract into a flap that was my sheath, and my balls were hidden right under it. Moments later two fins formed over my ears which became holes in my head and two horns grew out and curved upwards. Two tiny wings then grew out of my back and judging by their size I speculated that I wasn't going to fly anytime soon. Finally tiny spikes grew out of my head and formed along my body to the tip of my tail which had a special spike shaped like an arrowhead.
Suddenly I had the urge to sneeze and in a kid-like fashion I did yelled,"achoo!" When I sneezed I saw a small flame come from my mouth and smoke came from it.
Moments later I heard a large roar and I looked up to see my mom a 5 stories tall and roaring at the top of her lungs. I ran away from her afraid thinking that she was mad at me for doing this and held my tail out in front of me feeling that it comforted me. However I noticed something different about her body, specifically her stomach and it was swollen. Suddenly my mom roared again, but she was smiling,"AAAAAAAAH!!! Come on!"
"M..mom?!" I called to her through the cave and it echoed.
My mom looked to me and said,"Joey, you're the one who caused this."
"Well...yes...I mean no, Urgh! I wasn't expecting this to happen! I mean I knew that dragons age slowly so I would end up as a kid, but why are you in labor?" I asked
"I...don't know but....I love it! RAAAAAAAAGH!!" Mom roared and I could see her vagina stretch and a round white object was coming out.
"URAAAAAAAAAGH!!!" Mom roared again and an egg plopped onto the ground, but from the size of her gut there was more coming.
"I love this feeling, it makes me want to lay more eggs. I love laying eggs, and I never want to stop, but if I do it will be to raise you, and them. It's such an arousing rush, and it's almost like....like.....RAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!" Mom roared and another egg plopped onto the ground
"Like sex?" I asked

Mom said as another egg came out and then she layed down on her side and spread her legs and I could see more and more being layed into a pile.
"Mom are you alright?" I asked
"Never better Joey, but tell me how did you do this?" Mom asked
"Well, I have this ring and long story short it grants any wish I want it to, and I made sure that I could only take it off, and I need to be willing to let that happen." I said and showed my mom the ring.
"Oh, well then can I make a proposal my little hatchling?" Mom asked
"What is it?" I asked
"Can I have two wishes? A wish that I will use as an...interesting form of punishment for you, or a pleasurable punishment depending on that mind of yours." Mom asked
"Well what is it?" I asked
"I want you to turn the entire world into dragons so we can have a normal life like this and live without worrying about humans trying to well...you know how those stories go. As for the second wish, I want you to become a girl dragon, so you will grow up and experience the same pleasure I am right now, each egg is like a blissful bundle of love and arousel, I feel so horny right now." Mom said
"Oh, well uh, I wish that these next two wishes will be permanent, and now I wish that...." I began
