Jakob Scholar was a normal kid. He wasn't extremely important to anyone and his life wasn't overly exciting. The one thing about him that was cool: he loved puzzles. Physical or on paper, easy or impossible, he would do them all. He could solve most puzzles with ease, and constantly made his own puzzles. This love for puzzles came in handy when he teamed up with Alex Burnbache.
Alex was the exact opposite of Jake. He was outgoing, influentional, and very egotistical. He had been spending years making his body as ripped as he could, trying to find a woman who was "as beautiful as he was." Alex was also an excelent artist, and could draw with amazing acurracy to the original, and at one point drew his dream girl: a curvy blonde with 36 e breasts, a pencil thin waist and an ass that spilled out of her skirts. Alex was also good at parkour, spending hours a day at the parkour park. The two of them teamed up for some of the most selfish reasons.
The two lived in Rakeville, a small town that was known for the Rakeville Manor overlooking the town. Some say that hundreds of years ago, the town was a place of magic, body magic in specific. The town harnessed this power through hundreds of gold idols that could make the human body change in certain ways, mainly by causing the person's body to change when they come into physical contact with the idol. However, this power wasn't highly desired, so Isaiah Rake, founder of the town, collected the idols and hid them in his manor, when he would return them to the town if the popularity went back up and someone came to collect them. Over the years, people have come to take the idols to sell the gold, but Isaiah had put puzzles and traps up for potential thieves. Since then, nobody had even dared to see if Isaiah was still alive, and everyone forgot about the idols.
Until Today.
Jake and Alex had just finished going through the puzzles, nearly dying in the process. But now, they were in a huge room with hundreds of boxes laid out in front of them. An inscription on a stone tablet in front of them read the following:
Welcome, adventurers! If you have made it here, it means you have past my traps. For this, I will allow you to take one object for each member in your group. Be warned: the changes you will recieve will activate as soon as you leave the manor and you may only choose one. Taking more than one per person will result in immediate death. If you do not want what you have, simply place it back under the box and leave. You may only touch one per person down here. Choose wisely, and good luck.
-Isaiah
The boxes were unmarked and completely random. Nobody could tell what each box had in it. Alex was crossing his fingers and hoping he got either one to make him even more buff or one to give his his dream girl. If he didn't get that, he would just sell what he got. Jake was excited and ready to pick, and would gratefully take any change he got. Anxious to pick and get out, the two chose their boxes...
Remember, if you continue the story, they can only choose one each, they can choose to leave theirs behind, and choosing more than one will kill them in some way. Have fun!
