As Ty and Ki walked back upstairs, Ki stopped Ty to talk to him.
"I know what you did down there," Ki said.
Ty froze. "You do?"
"Yes, and I didn't want to give our secret away," Ki said. "Although I was wished into existence by you only a few minutes ago, I am fully aware of everything that has happened, due to what you said then."
Ty remembered--he had wished that everyone in the house was born with a conjoined twin. That would mean that since Ki would have been born with Ty, he would also know about Ty's power. However, Ty had also made his wish so that only he and Ki, as well as Dustin and Justin would know about his power--apparently, that meant the four of them would be the only ones who noticed any changes or wishes.
"So, you know that I wished you and Justin, as well as our family's new "condition" into existence?" Ty asked.
"I do," Ki said. "And thanks for wishing that we would be coordinated with sharing arms and legs."
"And you know that I gave June back her conjoined siblings?" Ty asked.
"Yeah," Ki said. "I think it was good of...um, us...to give her back her extra heads, though it was weird to see her with extra breasts and arms."
"No problem," Ty said, "because I can use my power to wish those extra parts away, that way they'll be just three heads on one body." Ty wished, and it was so. June and her sisters were downstairs, yet none of them noticed their extra parts disappeared. They just continued on as if they had always been this way.
"Now, what about Mark?" Ki asked.
"Oh yeah," Ty wondered, "Now that Dustin's mom and dad are now the parents of all four of us, and conjoined twins as well, I wonder what our new dads are like."
As the two boys pushed open the door to the study, they were both surprised by what they saw behind the desk. Their new fathers were not just conjoined twins--they were conjoined quadruplets! The shoulders and hips of the body were about six feet wide, and there were two legs and two arms. On top of the broad shoulders were four identical heads, all in a row. When Ty and Ki tried searching their memories for their fathers' names, they were surprised to find no Mark; apparently, Ty's wish had erased the original name. Now, the fathers were, from their right-hand head to their left-hand, Leo, Donnie, Raph, and Mikey. They wore pale green pants, and their shirt seemed to be four vertical stripes, one covering the section of the torso below each head: Leo's blue, Donnie's purple, Raph's red, and Mikey's orange. Apparently, and unsurprisingly, all four heads were completely coordinated and acting as if they had always existed in this way--just as Ty's wish had made it. The four dads were watching the TV, typing on the computer, reading a book, and talking amongst themselves.
"Hi...dads," Ty said.
The four heads looked up.
"Hi, sons!" Leo said.
"You wanted to see us?" Ki asked.
"Yes, we did," Raph replied.
"You see, we wanted to know where your brothers were," Donnie said. "We wanted to talk to them about something, but we think they may have left the house."
"Um, they went down to the hair place nearby," Ty answered.
"And what are they doin' there?" Mikey asked.
"They're...getting their hair dyed," Ki responded.
"Well, I talked with their mothers," Leo said, "and the seven of us agreed that we would allow them to do that if they would bond with you afterwards."
Ki quietly smiled when he heard "bond".
"Dads, I don't think that's gonna be a problem," Ty replied, winking at Ki.
"Just let us know when those two get home," Raph said.
As if on cue, the front door opened: Dustin and Justin were home. Ty and Ki left their new dads to their work while they rushed to the stairs. The two saw a look of surprise on their brothers' faces. Dustin and Justin had obviously just seen their mothers, not knowing that she had just been given conjoined siblings. When Dustin saw Ty, he remembered the wishing power that Ty had. When the two brothers went to ask Ty and Ki about what was going on here, the four quietly and quickly slipped into Dustin and Justin's bedroom. The room had changed: the bed was wider, the desk was longer, and the chair was more of a bench. The clothes had changed as well--the pants and underpants were larger, as were the socks and shoes, and all the shirts now had two head holes.
After explaining everything that had happened in the six chapters before this one, the four boys agreed that any wishes made by Ty would have to be made known to all four, and that they should be able to know how to handle any changes as if they had always been so.
"So, what now?" Justin asked
