You feel panicked and foolish as you shuffle about awkwardly on your new latex kangaroo feet. How could you have fallen for such an obvious trap? What's worse is that you actually, in your mind, referred to this creature as your mother. As you stop your hopping and rest a bit, you try to get your mental bearings. You try to remember details about your life, your first job, your first car, the first moment when your mother pulled you out of her pouch. You shake your head at that last part, she's not your mother. It's then that you feel a pair of paws touch your shoulders. You turn around to see the kangaroo looking down at you with a warm, loving smile on her face. Somehow it confuses you. You know that you should run, but the smile fills you with a sense of calm that makes you wonder if staying might not be the better option. The pause is all that she needs. She picks you up and presses your head against a nipple, holding it there. You struggle a bit, but her larger form easily keeps you in place. You have little choice but to begin suckling.
"Hmmm..." she hums happily when you finally begin cooperating. As you nurse from her your muscles begin relaxing. So much so that your certain you couldn't escape her if you wanted to. Which, strangely enough, you don't. The fear and confusion you felt a moment ago is replaced by a sense of calm and the certainty that you're safe. You dimly realize that your mind is slowly shifting, adapting somehow to your new form. You reflexively consider fighting it, but one a second thought you wonder why you should bother? You're not human anymore, and running away from your new mother won't change you back as far as you know. Plus it's dangerous, and here is this kangaroo who clearly intends to keep you warm and safe. You sigh and close your eyes, nursing willingly now.
After a little while your mother lowers you into her pouch where you fall asleep.
