Jeff walked over to his little sister Kara's room. She was 11 years old, with long blond hair, and had grown up quite a bit lately. Jeff knew that she had started her period lately and was completely fascinated by it. He constantly thought about what it would feel like to be stuck in a young female body, racked with pain and extra responsibilities and unable to escape. As she had gotten older she had gotten very distant and quiet, never wanting to interact with Jeff. Was it possible she felt the same way? Did she wonder what it was like to be a 16-year-old male and feel all the fun and strength of being a boy?
He knew, of course, that this was a fantasy. No young girl dreams of being a nasty teenage boy. But the fantasy was too good to get away from. He could easily just turn himself into Kara without her ever knowing, but it wouldn't be the same. He wanted it to be a real switch. He wanted to completely replace her and let her feel his body. He had to ask.
"Kara, I--"
"WHAT?" she barked. He always felt like a nuisance around her, no matter how much he adored her.
"I have something really amazing to share with you. Have you ever wanted to know what it feels like to be a boy? To make all of the pains of being a girl disappear?"
"Of course. What the heck are you talking about? You sound so creepy right now."
"You need to trust me. I need you to say 'Yes.' Say you'd be happy living my life instead of yours, being a grown boy and not struggling as a young girl."
"Yes. I wish it every day. And it's not going to happen. Why are you acting so gross? You don't know how hard we have it. Being a girl SUCKS in every way. It sucks sucks sucks. You have no idea. I'd give anything to make this go away."
Jeff almost died of happiness. Of course she didn't know what she was getting into, what she was asking for, but hearing her say it so forcefully meant he wouldn't feel bad about what he was going to do. He looked at her beautiful, soft face, her cheap tank top, the long soft hair around her shoulders. He looked at her jeans and knew the pain that was going on inside. He looked at her bra strap, even as she clearly hadn't begun to grow anything. He was so desperately envious of her amazing face and her outfits. He was finally going to get to feel it, feel all of it, Kara's body, Kara's life! He felt superhuman. He could be anything, anyone in the entire world, but he had to play out his fantasy exactly as he saw it. He was going to be a real 11 year old girl, not creepily acting it out, but truly switching bodies with his little sister.
He thought nervously about the Chronivac. Shouldn't he do a test run first? But no, he didn't want to spoil the excitement with some lesser transformation. His fantasy was a real body swap. His first experience had to be perfect. Kara had given him permission, more or less. He and Kara were going to be closer than any siblings had ever been before.
"Kara, you're going to wake up to a surprise tomorrow. Don't be weirded out. I hope you trust me. This is going to be great."
"Yeah, great. You're still weird and a frickin creep. Get out of my room."
"See you tomorrow."
