Now even a lowly despised magical coin has to have a mother
and a father.
So there was bored Nurse Snidely at the Nurses Station when another of those bratty teen girls rushed in.
This one was named Chelsea, complaining about stomach pains.
Nurse Snidely gave her the appropriate medicine and was about to dismiss the kid when she remembered
the kid had mentioned the troublesome magical coin that had caused
her grief had the image of a dragon on it.
Well decades earlier Elvira Snidely had been a promising Magic Coin internal circuits
designer and had designed the prototype
DRAKON THREE magical coin.
It had never gone into mass production and there had only been 33 three of them made.
Supposedly all had been destroyed, along with the blueprints.
It only held 3 minutes power put had contained some of Elvira Snidely's best work.
She was still ticked off at Mr Blowfish
for having her baby destroyed.
So with the slowly rising hope,Nurse Snidely asked
the teenage girl if she could take a took at that magical coin.
Chelsea handed it over, glad to be rid of it.
Snidely had to keep from shouting out in joy,as the
coin was a DRAKON THREE prototype
Serial Number 14
Knowing that Chelsea might not give it up if she knew its true value to its creator,Nurse
Snidely said she'd send the thing over for Specimen Analysis to determine
its faults.
She pulled out the standard issue Magic Coin analysis form
and as per regulation,Chelsea
filled it in and signed it in order to get a
replacement magic coin, this one a nifty new
NIKO THIRTY THREE
with magic good for 33 minutes.
Snidely of course thought the NIKO was
poorly designed trash.
So she put the DRAKON THREE into the specimen bottle and waited for the teenager
to get lost.
When no one was looking Elvira Snidely hastily rescued
her baby from the specimen bottle and tossed in a doomed NIKO to replace it.
Then after closing she headed home with the magical coin she
had created that had somehow survived the destruction of its siblings
decades earlier.
