While Ryan and Bradley were having their adventure in ConjoinVerse, their ConjoinVerse counterparts were having their own adventure in NormVerse, which was Ryan and Bradley's home.
After leaving Doctor Parker's lab, the two-headed boy(s) walked down the street towards where their house would be in ConjoinVerse. They had learned much about their world from asking questions to Parker, their inquiries proving that two heads can be better than one. As they walked, the people who saw them were a little freaked, but not as much as the boys--the people assumed that it was two boys in a good costume, but the boys knew that everyone here actually did have only one head! After walking for some time, they came to their neighborhood. The families lived in separate houses here, but still in the same neighborhood--the family was close in NormVerse, just not to the extent of the "closeness" in ConjoinVerse. The two walked inside Ryan's house first, simultaneously knowing and not knowing what to expect. The family was inside, and it was weird to see most of them separated from each other--Ryan's mom Helena, Bradley's mom Lisa, Ryan's dad Sean, and Bradley's dad Shane. The parents had married as two sets of twins, so they had been born as conjoined siblings in ConjoinVerse--ConjoinVerse Ryan and Bradley had grown up knowing a two-headed mom and a two-headed dad, which was in fact how the four parents had married in NormVerse (two sisters from one family and two brothers from another marrying into each other's family). As for the older brothers, only Ryan's brother Derek and Bradley's brother Thatcher existed in NormVerse--Eli , Tyler, and Dylan apparently only existed in ConjoinVerse, something that was all too common between NormVerse and ConjoinVerse counterparts. Naturally, most families in NormVerse would be freaked to see a body with more than one head; in this case, NormVerse Ryan and Bradley had frequently dressed up as conjoined siblings with their friends, so the families simply saw ConjoinVerse Ryan and Bradley as their own Ryan and Bradley--completely unaware of another universe and the fact that their Ryan and Bradley had switched places with these two.
The ConjoinVerse boys went upstairs, studying Ryan's NormVerse home by looking through the bathrooms, bedrooms, and other rooms. They were surprised to find how different this universe was from their own. While they wondered how their families would react to NormVerse Ryan and Bradley--knowing that they must be separate beings, and not knowing that they had dressed up as ConjoinVerse Ryan and Bradley with their own clothes. ConjoinVerse Ryan and Bradley also knew that most of the people here would likely be freaked to see them; however, they would see it as only a really good costume if the shared body beneath their clothes remained completely from their sight. To that note, the two-headed boy(s) left the house had decided to explore NormVerse further.
