It was as plain as George Washington's face: Colin had won the coin toss. Murray Murphy, Officer aboard the Reagan, would need to find a new nook to hide it.
"Hmph. You got lucky." the man grumbled as he took two guns and closed the doir behind him.
A few moments later, the boys grabbed a mini DVD player and put on Shrek 1 to pass some time. Colin felt a little bad about having to send an old man like Murphy out there with two guns, but hey, he was a tough old guy. Plus, he got food, a stack of movies, and some company out of it. Once this bimbo virus outbreak blew over, they three could have a good old laugh about it.

Ending: Any Day Now....
Six Months....
It had been six months since Colin and Ben claimed the saferoom. Ben was waiting for Colin to come back for more food. Waiting for the army to come and end all this bimbo virus crap.
"A-any day know... hehe... an-any d-day know." the boy stammered as he laughed like a psychopath.
The reality that Ben denied was that Colin had been gone for three months, and the Army wasn't coming for him. The gamer was caught in the crossfire of the Army's attempt to destroy the largest horde in North America. When it failed and the horde infected half the remaining military, the soldiers took boats to Japan as war refuges. Help wasn't coming.
Hope was lost.
