Not to mention he killed your mother when you were young though to be honest you really didn't get enough time to get to know your late mother.
(Speaking of which, since reincarnation is a thing, does that mean your mother in your previous life isn't your mother anymore? Biologically speaking you aren't blood related anymore so in a way she wasn't really your mom, heck for all you know she was your hundredth mother before you got here.)
All your father really did was teach you some cool magical powers but other than that the rigorous magical training you were put through not to mention his incredibly anti-social personality there was no reason to really serve some smuck like him.
Finally deciding to not kill those people because you're not a dick, you first decided to make sure your father who in his oh so ever cunning and intellectual ways had magically modified your warlock mask so that as soon as he found out of your potential betrayal, you would be instantly vaporized, he had mentioned this to himself during one of his usual self ranting sessions, not worried about you listening since you were still a baby at that point but thanks to your memories you remember this perfectly.
With a single spell you effortlessly remove the fatal secret enchantment on your mask, in the process also removing the enchantment that had kept t permanently bound to your face.
Taking off your mask you conjure a floating spectral mirror in front of you to examine your face.
For so long you had only seen that mask that you had grown accustomed to it. Now looking at your face, fondly stroking it you realize that if you had grown up with more nutrition and a decent tan you probably would've been considered to be quite handsome, though right now you looked just as ugly and emo as your dad.
Taking in a breath of fresh air now uninhibited by wearing a mask, you TRL back to your father's castle, the undead guards ignoring you.
You walk up to your fathers study where he was currently reading from some dark tome on his desk.
He looked up at you with his ugly face and smiled a mouthful of rotten teeth at you.
"Ah my son, have you already descimated the village? If so, then you truely are worthy to be my heir soon in the next couple of years." He says in his super edgy raspy voice which you know for a fact is just a facade to mask his real voice which sounds more like a nerdy hamster than the death lord he thinks he is.
Raising up a hand before he has time to raise his main magical defenses you blast him with a bolt of death energy, only hearing a quick shriek before you see his body get turned to ash within several seconds.
You rush to his bedroom, opening the secret entrance to the basement hidden behind the bookshelf into the basement where you saw your father's magic phylactery which housed a shard of his soul that allowed him to reform his body when killed.
Thankfully your father was idiotic enough to not put any undead guards here, probably thinking that no one would ever make it to this point.
Already before your eyes the phylactery was rebuilding your fathers body in front of you but was immediately stopped as you grabbed the phylactery and smashed it against the wall, permanently destroying his soul.
Now with your father out of the way you exit the basement now with a super edgy dark castle all to yourself.
