“Sweetie how about we go to the park while there’s still daylight?” Jesse proposed.
The idea of going out into the world as a baby excited Mark and he eagerly nodded his head.
“Yeah let’s do that!”
“Alright, but before we go let’s get you dressed in some clothes. We can’t have you running around in just your diapers now can we?” Jesse said playfully.
Mark quickly disagreed with that statement thinking ‘why not’ when he was picked up and whisked away to his nursery where he was once again placed on the changing table. However instead of getting a diaper change this time he was getting a wardrobe change.
Jesse opened the drawers of his dresser and started picking out his attire for their first outing as mother and son.
She put a red sleeved white fronted Thomas the Train t-shirt on him that he immediately approved of for its babyish look, smiling as she pulled his arms through the sleeves. However Mark frowned as she also dressed him in a pair of shorts which covered his pampers from view. He had wanted to show off his diapers to the world but now that apparently wasn’t going to happen. Instead of throwing a fit he resolved to ditch the shorts someplace later when Jesse wasn’t looking with a mischievous smirk.
Now that he was dressed Jesse sat him back down on the floor as she proceeded to stock a diaper bag for their outing to the park. Mark watched as she packed a whole bunch of diapers giggling at the fact that must mean he goes through a lot, or maybe she just wanted to be well prepared. Carrying the bag to the kitchen he saw her place a couple of full baby bottle inside for feeding him later causing him to lick his lips a little. Not missing a beat Jesse picked him up and placed him in a comfy looking stroller and slinging the diaper bag over her shoulder before exiting the apartment. From there it was a relatively short trip down the elevator and across the street and in less than twenty minutes they were walking through the park.
Looking around Mark was a little disappointed to see that this late in the afternoon there was practically no one around. On the bright side it meant that he and his mommy got the whole park all to themselves.
Finding a nice bench right next to a small jungle gym area designed for toddler and young children to play on she stopped.
“This looks like a good spot.”
“Go have fun but stay where mommy can see you okay Marky?” Jesse said as she unstrapped the toddler from the stroller.
“Okay mommy” Mark replied as he eagerly toddled off in the direction of the play area.
He ended up having a lot of fun playing on it and going down the slide which was a lot cooler at his size. It also make him realize another cool thing about diapers, they cushioned his fall when he landed at the bottom of the slide.

Eventually after a while Mark grew bored of playing on the jungle gym by himself and started toddling back over to where his mommy to spend some time with her.
