Before long the hour had passed.

Johnny knew he couldn't pass up an opportunity to go swimming in the sea with his son, Ryan. So he and Ryan went to the dock where his boat was, then, they went below deck, and changed into their swim shorts.
then, when they was back on deck, they jumped into the water.

Johnny and Ryan swam in the safe area around their island home.

Johnny swam quite quickly in the water.

Johnny couldn't help thinking about the changes he experienced the day before. "Could they happen again?" he wondered. "Could they happen to my son as well?"
