Jeff waited to see if there were more changes coming. After no more then ten to fifteen minutes, he didn’t see any new changes that happening. Seeing this, he knows that the evolution package on the Chronivac stopped at 5,000 years and his mom’s changes were done. Starring at the window, what stood a Irene, a stay at home mom of three children, is now a T-Rex like alien with four long arms, four pairs of clawed hands and two pairs of clawed feet, and a fly trap like snout with a streak of brown fuzz doing down from the top of her head to the tip of her tail. He observed this newly formed creature as she was devouring the flowers and plants she used to tend to as a human.
“Looks like she’s done evolving.” he said to himself, “I can’t believe that that’s what she’s going to look like in just 5,000 years flat. Mom looks like a magnificent creature. I have to take a closer look.” Taking a bit of a risk, he slowly opened the glass door and entered the back yard. Quietly closing the door, he could see that his evolved mother was preoccupied and didn’t notice him at all. He sneaked closer to her, hoping not to get her attention.
“Easy there, Jeff…” he said to himself “Easy there… Just because you mom evolved into this creature, doesn’t mean you don’t know if there’s a small part of you mom somewhere in there.”
He was getting closer to her and thought that he was in the clear. Unfortunately for him, his foot caused a branch to snap. This led to Irene hearing that with her advance hearing and turned to face Jeff. He stood there completely paralyzed and realized that he screwed up. Irene slowly approached her former son and was face to face with him, exhaling a windy breath out of her huge nostrils. Jeff gulped a heavy lump, as he was scared of what she’s going to do with him.
“Oh boy…”
