"Bye Aunt Lisa, I'm going to go hang out with Kellie today!" Katie called out to her aunt.
"Alright, have fun!" Aunt Lisa called out to Katie as she was going out the door. Katie had considered using the ring on her aunt many times during the week but she decided to adhere to Kellie's request. By Saturday, her former life now seemed like a dream than a reality. She loved living with her aunt and she enjoyed having a friend like Kellie around. It didn't take long for Katie to reach Kellie's house as usual. When she knocked on the door, Kellie's mother, Maggie answered it.
"Ah, hey there Katie, Kellie's in her room. She told us you would be coming over." Maggie said to Katie as she came in.
Kellie's parents had taken her reveal about her sexual preferences well. It was still taking her dad a little longer to get used to it, but still he seemed fine with it.
"Hi Kellie." Katie said as she came into Kellie's room.
"Hey Katie, so where did you want to go today to use your....you know." Kellie said being a little worried that her parents might hear them and think she was a little crazy.
"I was thinking we could head to the park."
"Sounds good to me." Kellie said as she finished getting ready and the two of them left to the park.
"Plenty of people around here." Katie said.
"Yeah....listen, I really hope you don't feel too awkward around me now since, well you know." Kellie said.
"Kellie, I told you before. I'm perfectly happy with you accepting who you are and I'll always stick by you, I promise." Katie said as she put her hand on Kellie's shoulder.
"Thank you." Kellie said with a little smile on her face.
Looking around they saw plenty of people they could use Katie's ring on at the park. There was a mother arguing with her teenage son about his lifestyle, a boy and girl playing dress up and acting fancy, a ten year-old boy admiring his thirty year-old babysitter, a man and his five year-old daughter, and an elderly woman being helped by her teenage grandson.
"Okay, why don't you pick first?" Katie suggested to Kellie.
"Okay, why don't we change...." Kellie said before pointing at someone.
