Jeff was frozen in fear as the evolved animal his mother had become leaned her head towards her, sniffing Jeff as he gulped... before she nuzzled his face, almost cooing him as Jeff blinked before sighing in relief. She must have recognized him as important to some degree. They were still mother and son after all, even in she was now some 5000 years ahead of him on the evolutionary scale.
She was gentle with him, even as an animal, careful not to cut her kin with her claws as Jeff smiled. This was his mom. Slowly she let go of him, getting down again on all her limbs before waving her tail at him. Jeff simply chuckled before just imitating her, getting down on all fours to imitate his mom as she seemed to be appeased.
Before she pounced on him, Jeff gasping in shock as the eight foot animal rolled him onto his back, tearing away his clothes with surprising care and leaving him naked on the porch as Jeff stared up in shock as she got off him, allowing him to sit up, buck ass nude and face her before she nuzzled him again. What was she doing.
There was a small tingle in Jeff's hand. And he blinked, wondering what it was before lifting his hand to his face, and gasping as he watched his fingers start to mold together. It was slow, but his five fingers melded together into three claws, smaller than those on his monstrous and alien mother, but evidently still the same to some degree, looking up at his mother she nuzzled his face. Now he got it. He was changing to be her child still. With a gulp he looked down at his hand... He could still fix this.
