Hannah had fiddled with the knob a bit with the watch pointed towards Bonnie who seemed to be a bit hesitant. Then she said "Well your watch is now at the correct time Bonnie!" then looked and saw a guy in Bonnie's place with a shocked look on her face.
The guy said "Wait, you remember my original name now?"
Hannah asked "Wait what?!? What who are you and what did you do to Bonnie?" Some memories of this reality came over her already modified base memories telling her of how she viewed Bob as a little twerp she barely tolerated instead of the unrelated little sister she cherished.
Bob said "Um... So when I first got the watch we both were 12 and then when I first adjusted it you grew older but didn't reality seemed to change and you didn't notice. Then I went into the restroom and accidentally changed my gender to a guy from a girl... I'm curious as to how you remembered I was a girl now though."
Hannah said "You were a girl just a moment ago though. However you remembered being a guy then." Hannah looked at the watch and noticed a small indentation on the watch that seemed like a switch with an A and a G labeled and it was currently on G. Hannah switched it to A and then said "When my age changed did you adjust the watch?"
Bob nodded and asked "What are you going to do?"
Hannah said "Some experimentation..." then turned the watch backwards and watched Bob regress to a toddler.
Bob with a squeaky voice and in a superman shirt squeaked out "Could you figure out how to get rid of my wee wee, I don't like it." Hannah set the watch back to the current time and Bob aged back to 12 years old then he said "How much are you going to keep fiddling with that? It's probably dangerous magic or something."
Hannah said "I'm not sure it's necessarily dangerous. I'll believe your story that we were 12 years old... However since I did change your gender to male I don't think you were female originally... We just remember it that way because you changed your gender and remember your gender changing, and now I remember changing your gender but you don't... So Your gender changed twice so you really are a guy but we don't know anything... I'll tell you what I remember as real. I'm 18 and female and you are 12 and female... What do you think is real?"
Bob said "I remember both of us being 12 and female... Although if your logic is true maybe I should be male... wonder what our relationship was like but." his face blushed a bit and his hands covered his crotch probably to hide an accidental erection.
Hannah said "Well I'm sure that i'm the more mentally mature so i'll just say this. I don't think what our original reality matters right now. I'll ask what kind of reality you'll be most comfortable in."
