The year is 2017, and the demand of magic is upon us. Back in the medieval ages, actual magic was created and most magic schools taught the gifted. The only was to get a magical ability is to be lucky enough, or have at least 1 family member with some magical talent.
People have feared the ones with magical abilities ever since the attack in the 1940s, where a group of people attacked the president with magic.
Instead of killing any magical human, the world has decided to leave an island called dnalsi cigam. It is where people with magical abilities can go live a normal life.
They can go to school, get jobs, raise a family, and just do anything. The only law there is to not use their magical abilities during work or class (unless their job requires them to do so)
People who didn't choose to live in the island are forced to work for the military until they die. Anyone who was found of using magic on magic free lands will be captured.
