Later, Jeremy and Heather stood outside Claw Coliseum, with Heather ready to begin her new workout program. Heather was still amazed at how clever Jeremy was at helping locate him.
"Really, Jeremy." she said, shaking her head, "Sending a bad love poem that was really the hint to a cipher to my E-mail address, with the coded message as the attachment was pretty clever." then she diluted the compliment by adding on, "For you."
"Hey, I might not be smart enough to do everything, but I'm dumb enough to try anything." said Jeremy, both of them thinking back to the Halloween Carnival.

The Rhino Guard, Stealth Division, had just entered the sewers when her new IPhone signaled that she had got an E-mail. At first confused about who would be emailing her, she opened it up and found this poem:
My beloved,
'If you take my Jay right to the Sea,'
'The rest is simple, you'll agree.'
'We'll go to Kay and meet with Dee,'
'And then meet at the Zoo for Tea.'
'Solve the code, and set me free!'
'J.'
At first she thought that it was a bad love poem, but when she saw that the attachment was a coded message, she immediately knew what the poem was. It was telling her that the letter 'J' should be translated as a 'C', the 'K' should be translated as a 'D', and the 'Z' should be translated as a 'T'.
Using these clues, the cipher was put together, and the coded message revealed that the ones who kidnapped him were gathering lab equipment for him, and which ones they were after. It also explained who was behind his kidnapping, and why. After that, a clever sting operation was planned.
One of the objects on the list was placed in a box with a concealed tracer beacon, and the box in plain sight of a manhole. After only 15 minutes, a strangely feral rat Animalian took the box down into the sewer and right to where Jeremy was being held. The concealed tracer then used GPS technology to transmit it's location, which was then overlaid with a map of the Lyre sewers. With this, Jeremy was quickly located, and "Queen Piper's Court" neutralized without any problems or infections.
Heather was able to get revenge on "Queen Piper" by playing "apex predator" to force Piper's compliance, and Polly also playing "predator" was just some more fun on her part. But there was still much to do to figure out how "Subject Zero" as Horizon now called him, was able to survive euthanization.
