Now that they had Willows detective skills with them, they continued the search for the book, unknown to them that it was right under their noses.
Back in the classroom, a seventeen-year-old senior was sitting in the classroom. When Joseph realized he forgot his homework, he went to the back of the room to get a new sheet. Then, some kid thought it would be funny to trip him. he fell over, and landed on the book.
Meanwhile in the hallway, Stacy noticed something. "The glow!" she shouted.
"Where?" Willow asked
When the girls got there, it was too late. The glow had already covered Rachel's older brother, Joseph. Then, the light came at them. Then it froze, just as he/she was taking the rough shape of an angel. The light dimmed, and they took her out of there.
When Joseph woke up, he was confused. No less in the girl's bathroom. He saw a few girls talking, and eventually realized that two of those people were his younger twin sisters, Rachel and Willow. The rest he recognized as some of their friends. "Alright, what's going on here?" he asked. Or at least tried to, before he was taken aback by her feminine voice.
"She's awake," Kate said.
"Then I'm gonna go talk to her," replied Millie.
"She? Her? I'm serious, what's happening?" asked Joseph
"Okay, this is going to sound crazy, but you turned into an angel from that book, and now everyone but all of us remembers you as an angel named Josephine."
"How do you already know my new name?" asked Josephine, trying to believe the story. But then again, she did live in a world with mythics. "Student ID," replied Millie. "Willow suggested we should look at it." As Millie was explaining the basics of the situation to Josephine, all the other girls were talking about what was going on. "I think the book is getting stronger, and maybe even smarter," said Kate on top of Tanya's back.
"Why do you say that?" asked Willow.
"It's already teleporting all over the place. When it transformed me, it just happened to fall. And now, unlike every other time this has happened, we didn't pass out from the blue glow this time."
"Kate has a point," said Dawn. "If we're going to destroy it, we're going to destroy it fast."
"Then let's destroy it fast!" replied Tanya. "What are we waiting for?"
