While Tom and Alice were eating dinner with Alice's parents and Jen and Claire were out on their date deep in the forest, Lila Carpenter was leading Teddy and Marci Green into the forest. The weretigress had offered the Greens a brief tour of the forest to show them the serenity at night.
"You don't get to see somewhere as quiet and peaceful as this in Washington DC, do you?" Lila said, laughing a little.
"No, not at all," Teddy said, wrapping his arm around Marci as they walked into the forest. "I gotta say, it's nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city. I'm looking forward to living here when I retire."
"Such a peaceful place," Marci commented.
Just then, a young voice yelled out "I'm gonna get you Leon!" and suddenly, two gray small furred werewolves leap out of the bushes, with one on top of the other, wagging his tail as he laughed. "I got you!" he said. "Now it's your turn to be it!" Then, two slightly larger werewolves, one black furred and the other white furred.
"Jay! Leon!" the white furred one said, revealing their gender as female. "What did I tell you about running too far ahead!" Then, the black furred one cleared their throat and said, "Guys, there's people right there..." He sniffed the air quickly, looking slightly tense, before relaxing.
"Agent Green, it's good to see you again!" Tad said.
Teddy looked confused for a second, but after he thought for a few seconds, he realized who he was talking to. "Oh! You're Jen Decker's son, Tad!" he said. "How have you been?"
"I've been doing good," he said, helping Jay and Leon up. "Sorry about these two rascals. My girlfriend and I were teaching them to play a game of Werewolf Tag out in the woods to get them used to their new forms."
Teddy looked at Jan and Leon and smiled. "New transformees, eh?" he said. "Same here boys. I transformed so I could live with my wife here."
"Aww, that was sweet of you!" Jay said. "You get to be with her for a long time!"
"Yes, yes I do," Teddy said, nuzzling Marci, who giggled playfully. "Well, seeing as the forest isn't going to be very peaceful tonight with you troublemakers running around tonight, I guess Lila can show us around the town a bit if that's okay."
"Yes, that's perfectly fine with me," Lila said. "Have a good night you four."
"You too!" Amy said. "Now come on, I'll race you guys home!"
