You were about to sit back down in your chair for dinner, when there was a knock on the door.
"Would you mind getting that dear?" your former mom/new dad asked with a slightly deeper voice as orange fur covers the parts of his face that don't already have fur on them. The long hair on Walter's (formerly Whitney) head shortened, becoming a shaggy male hair-do. The same changes happened to Zack (formerly Zoe), Greg (formerly Grace), and Luke (formerly Lucy), with the only real difference being their hair-do. The bottoms of their feet changed into black pads as their feet shifted into paws. Of course, all of this went unnoticed by them, and your own changes went unnoticed by you.
You opened the door to find your best friend Andrew standing there. You and Andrew have been best friends since you were young. White fur also grows on his lower jaw, the front of his neck, chest and abdomen, and his balls. Red fur then begins to cover the rest of his body, and a fluffy red tail with a white tip grows out from his tailbone.
As you and Andrew walk into the dining room where your family is eating, Walter looks up and smiles before saying, "Hello Andrew! Are you joining us for dinner tonight?"

"Same with you," he responds. "I think I know what, or rather, who, I'd rather have for dinner."
