Isaac was intrigued. "What do you do in a Contest for dominance?"
Sagittarius gave out a snort. "It's simple. The first half of the contest is to race around the mountain. The second half is a battle between two rival males. The male who wins the race gets to make the first move in the battle portion. First moves are crucial to us. It's a sign of leadership."
Sagittarius pointed his head to a pathway off to the side. "That trail goes around the mountain and back to here. We use it to test a pegusus's strength and skill."
Isaac is willing to risk anything to find Nathan but even he can admit that he isn't fast enough to win the race portion.
That was when Isaac realized that he is part wolf. So he went on all fours (or more) and curled his hands into fists to emulate wolf paws.
Sagittarius followed suit by standing next to him.
"Did I mentioned that the trail has a lot of gaps that only Pegasus can fly over?" Sagittarius taunted.
Isaac gritted his teeth. He already started. Might as well see were this goes.
"Ready? Set. Go!"
The two males set off towards the trail.
